At Château Montplaisir, dinner at the table d'hôte is a true invitation to the French art of living.
In a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, depending on the season, dinner can be served in the dining room of the chateau or, from the start of the good weather, the tables are set up on the terrace, by the pool.
Guests enjoy the mild evening, the calm of the garden and a peaceful and intimate setting, with the spectacle of magnificent sunsets over the Ardèche mountains.
We create our menus based on seasonal produce supplied by local farms. We cook everything ourselves and prioritize organic ingredients to preserve the authenticity of local produce. We also offer vegetarian and vegan options.
Our dishes can be paired with wines from the estate.
